It's Raining Zinc Die Cast Plating....

New Brunswick Plating is the world's expert in plating on zinc die casting. We are able to correct most Zinc Die Casting inconsistencies using our Proprietary Milling Process to eliminate defects, black spots and blemishes. We have the capability of barrel plating zinc die castings to withstand prolonged high temperatures (400 degrees F) with no blistering, able to resist 2,000 hours of 85-85 humidity while holding tolerances of .0003" on and internal bore diameter.

That all means NBP can plate a zinc die cast part that can withstand 400 degrees Fahrenheit and the humidity of a tropical island for almost 3 months. All while making sure there is enough metal in the tiniest internal hole. Impressive!
